still alive and well

hi all,
realise i have not written anything for a couple of weeks. i have been on retreat and also quite busy so the blog has taken a back seat. this retreat finishes tomorrow and i hope to write a bit over the weekend. i was on a great retreat here at taraloka with dhammadinna on the 7 point mind training, then we had three community days facilitated by locana and using nvc which was really useful -- quite intense. now i am leading an order retreat on teaching the bodhicaryavatara. i am doing that with kulaprabha but unfortunately she is having trouble with her back and with sciatica. the retreat is going well and i will write about it. promise.
